Customer Care

Customer care is very important to us here, and I treat each commission like my first, listening to customers and working hard to ensure each detail is as it should be. Having said that from time to time things can go wrong. If you aren't happy for any reason at all, just get in touch. We will always do our best to rectify any issues. 

Privacy & Safety

Here at Recut, we take privacy and customer safety seriously. We never pass on customer information to 3rd parties unless required to fulfil an order for shipping purposes. We store customers names, address and contact details for reference only (to complete an order) and in case we need to refer back to that order at a later date. These are stored securely by the platform used by the customer (facebook messages, google email, instagram etc...) and are not compiled onto a single list. If you wish to know what data we have, please get in touch, or if you would like us to delete your data, just let us know. We do not store or keep any banking or financial information.
