Made from locally sourced Elm, I use storm damaged and diseased trees that have come to the end of their natural life to make these beautiful rustic charcuterie boards.

These handmade boards are soaked in mineral oil, and then coated with board butter made from local beeswax supplied by Fozz Bees. This is completely allergen free, and tasteless. Reapplying this every so often will keep these boards looking characterful.

Widths will vary due to the nature of the wood from 30-40cm, and will include at least 1 live edge.

Wood is a natural product and undoubtably some cracking or movement may occur over time, but this will hopefully only add to the beauty of the product and your enjoyment of it.

As with all wooden items, it is not suitable for the dishwasher, simple soap and water or a damp cloth to wipe down both sides and then leave it on its side to dry to prevent movement.
